Leon Schuster is a popular South African comedian. The song he sings is titled: "Eskom is vol kak" (translated: "Eskom is full of crap") Eskom being the only electricity supplier in South Africa and owned by the state. The song takes on a humoristic view of the current electricity crisis crippling the country's industries and disrupting life in South Africa in general. Gradual deterioration of South Africa's infrastructure appears to be at the order of the day under the oversight of the current democratically elected government.
